Once you book an appointment, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email containing everything you need, including your video call link. Simply click the link at your scheduled appointment time to join your session.
You will receive a reminder email and text 24 hours before your appointment.
You can check out as a guest, but I recommend creating an account when prompted, so you can see all your past and upcoming bookings.
You are able to amend or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before it starts by following the 'manage booking' link in your confirmation email, or by contacting me directly.
If you'd prefer your appointment to take place over the phone rather than via video call, please get in touch.
