TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. About The AuDHD Fairy

The AuDHD Fairy is a neurodiversity-affirming coaching and support service operated by Belle Silvey, a sole trader based in England.

Email: theaudhdfairy@hotmail.com

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The AuDHD Fairy website and to the booking and purchase of services provided by The AuDHD Fairy.

By booking a paid service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to them. These Terms & Conditions do not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

2. Who I Work With

The AuDHD Fairy provides services to adults aged 18 and over.

My coaching and support are inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming. I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, identities, backgrounds and circumstances.

3. My Services

Services are provided online, normally by video call. Telephone appointments may be available by prior arrangement.

Depending on the service you book, support may include coaching, practical support, advocacy-related support, reflection, accountability, information, resources and practical strategies.

The exact nature of the support provided will depend on your individual circumstances, needs, goals and the service you have booked.

I will explain where a request falls outside the service I provide or outside my professional boundaries.

4. Coaching and Scope of Practice

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to provide support, reflection, understanding, practical strategies, problem-solving and accountability.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment or a substitute for professional healthcare.

The AuDHD Fairy does not provide:

* Autism or ADHD diagnoses;

* Clinical autism or ADHD assessments;

* Mental-health diagnoses;

* Medical advice;

* Medication advice or prescribing;

* Trauma therapy or trauma treatment;

* Crisis intervention;

* Emergency services;

* Legal advice;

* Financial advice; or

* Any other regulated professional service outside my training, competence or scope of practice.

Where something falls outside my training, experience or scope of practice, I may recommend that you seek support from an appropriately qualified professional or service.

I cannot guarantee a particular outcome from coaching or support.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices and actions.

5. Practical Support and Advocacy

Where included within the service you have booked, practical support may include helping you organise information, prepare for conversations or appointments, understand information, prepare questions, identify reasonable next steps or communicate your needs.

Where advocacy-related support is offered, this is intended to support you in expressing your own needs and navigating situations. It does not constitute legal representation, medical representation or professional representation.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to third parties and for decisions made by you or by those third parties.

The AuDHD Fairy cannot guarantee that a GP, healthcare provider, employer, educational institution, organisation or other third party will accept a particular request or recommendation.

6. Prices

My current prices are:

15-minute Introductory Call - Free

90-minute Initial Appointment £75

60-minute Coaching Appointments - £50

Four 60-minute Coaching Appointment Bundle - £180

All prices are in pounds sterling.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.

7. Payment

Payment for paid appointments is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with me in writing.

Bookings may be made through my online booking system.

You will receive an appointment confirmation once your booking and payment have been successfully processed.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Further information about payment processing and personal information is contained in my Privacy Notice.

8. Four-Appointment Bundles

A four-appointment bundle costs £180 and includes four 60-minute coaching sessions.

The bundle must normally be used within three months of purchase.

Appointments forming part of a bundle remain subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms below.

If you decide that coaching is no longer right for you, I may provide a refund for unused sessions where appropriate, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Any refund will take into account sessions already provided and any other amount that I am legally entitled to retain.

9. Booking and Managing Appointments

You can book appointments through the online booking system.

Once you have booked, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your appointment details and, where applicable, the video-call link.

You can manage your appointment using the ‘Manage Booking’ option in your confirmation email or through your online client account, where available.

You can also contact me directly at:

theaudhdfairy@hotmail.com

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate.

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling

I require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

You can cancel or amend an appointment through the Manage Booking option in your confirmation email or through your online account, where available.

You can also contact me by email to notify me of a cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, may normally be charged in full.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If something exceptional occurs, please contact me as soon as possible and I will consider the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in this cancellation policy removes or restricts any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have as a consumer.

11. Your Statutory Consumer Cancellation Rights

Because services may be booked online, you may have statutory consumer cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Where those rights apply, the applicable cancellation period and information about how to exercise the right will be provided as part of the booking process.

If you ask me to begin providing a service before an applicable statutory cancellation period has expired, specific legal rules may apply.

Where you have expressly requested that a service begin during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service supplied up to the point at which you cancel, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

12. If I Need to Cancel

Occasionally, I may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If I cancel your appointment, I will normally offer you either:

- an alternative appointment time; or

 a full refund for the cancelled appointment.

If neither option is suitable, I will discuss the available options with you.

13. Late Arrival

Please make every effort to attend your appointment on time.

If you arrive late, the session will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time.

Late arrival does not normally entitle you to a refund or extension.

I may exercise discretion where exceptional circumstances have caused the delay.

14. Recording Sessions

Sessions must not be recorded by either party without prior agreement.

If you would like to record a session, please discuss this with me beforehand and obtain my explicit agreement.

Where recording is agreed, we will discuss how the recording will be made, stored and used.

15. Communication Between Sessions

Coaching support is primarily provided during booked appointments.

You are welcome to contact me by email between sessions where appropriate, including where you need to provide relevant information or ask a brief administrative question.

I will aim to respond to client emails within 72 hours where reasonably possible.

Email should not be used to seek urgent, emergency or crisis support.

The AuDHD Fairy is not an emergency or crisis service.

16. Confidentiality

I will treat information shared during coaching as confidential and will take reasonable steps to protect your privacy.

There are circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be limited, including where:

* disclosure is required by law;

* there is a serious and immediate concern about someone's safety;

* there is a safeguarding concern;

* you ask or give appropriate permission for information to be shared;

* disclosure is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or

* another lawful basis requires or permits disclosure.

Where appropriate and safe to do so, I will discuss any necessary disclosure with you beforehand.

Confidentiality does not mean that information is never processed by third-party providers used to operate the business. Further information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and shared is provided in my Privacy Notice.

17. Safeguarding and Emergencies

The AuDHD Fairy is not an emergency, crisis or clinical service.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, you should seek appropriate emergency or crisis support.

If a safeguarding concern arises during coaching, I may need to take appropriate action or seek professional advice. This may include sharing relevant information where legally or ethically necessary.

18. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

* providing accurate information where relevant;

* informing me of any accessibility, communication or reasonable-adjustment requirements;

* making your own decisions;

* deciding which strategies or suggestions are appropriate for you;

* checking information where necessary;

* seeking appropriate professional or medical support when required; and

* treating me and any other people involved in the service respectfully.

You are never required to discuss something that you do not feel comfortable discussing.

19. My Responsibilities

I will:

* provide services with reasonable care and skill;

* work within my training, knowledge and professional boundaries;

* respect your identity, autonomy and individual needs;

* maintain appropriate confidentiality;

* treat you with respect and without judgement;

* make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible and neurodiversity-affirming service;

* handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law and my Privacy Notice; and

* signpost you towards appropriate support where something falls outside my scope.

20. Resources and Intellectual Property

I may provide resources such as worksheets, planners, templates, toolkits, guides and personalised materials.

Unless otherwise stated, these resources remain the intellectual property of The AuDHD Fairy.

Resources are provided for your personal use.

You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, substantially copy or commercially use my resources without my written permission.

This does not prevent you from making reasonable personal notes or copies for your own private use.

21. Ending the Coaching Relationship

You or I may choose to end the coaching relationship at any time.

I may recommend ending coaching where your needs fall outside my scope of practice, where another form of support would be more appropriate, or where I reasonably believe that continuing the service would not be appropriate.

Where appropriate, I will discuss this with you and provide relevant signposting.

Any refunds will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.

22. Complaints

I want you to feel comfortable raising any concerns about your experience.

If you have a complaint, please contact:

theaudhdfairy@hotmail.com

Please provide as much information as reasonably possible about your concern so that I can understand what has happened and respond appropriately.

I will acknowledge and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

23. Data Protection

The AuDHD Fairy processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection legislation.

Because of the nature of neurodiversity coaching, you may choose to share information relating to your health, neurodivergence or other sensitive personal circumstances.

Some information may constitute special category data under UK data-protection law and receives additional legal protection.

Further information about how your information is collected, used, stored, retained and protected can be found in my Privacy Notice.

24. Liability

I will provide my services with reasonable care and skill.

I do not guarantee any particular result, diagnosis, treatment outcome, employment outcome, healthcare outcome or other result from using my services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where required.

25. Website Information

I make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on my website is accurate and up to date.

However, website information is provided for general information and does not constitute medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

I may update website content, services and prices from time to time.

26. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to my services, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be available on this website.

Changes will not retrospectively alter rights or obligations relating to a booking that has already been confirmed, except where a change is required by law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any applicable statutory consumer rights.
